People who like centralization like controlled chaos, because in chaos, which they can manage, they can stop it any time and rule others. On other hand people who trust on others and like decentralization, don’t like chaos and believe on some system. They also trust and give importance to others. I would say one is fortunate who get to choose under whom they work.
